- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated time will be communicated at checkout or via email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:
Domestic Shipping (within malaysia):
- East area : 3–7 business days
- West area: 1–3 business days
International Shipping:
- Standard International: 7–14 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and customs procedures. Unexpected delays due to weather, holidays, or courier issues are beyond our control.

Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders over a certain amount (details available on our website or promotions).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

Customs & Import Duties (for International Orders)
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are not included in the item or shipping prices.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.

Shipping Address & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
- We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages

- We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and arranging a replacement if applicable.
