Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy


Due to hygiene reasons, all jewelry items are not eligible for return or refund.

However, we will only accept returns or exchanges under the following condition:

  • The item received is defective or damaged


Return Conditions


  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging, including any certificates, gift boxes, or documentation.
  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, along with clear photos or videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or engraved pieces
  • Made-to-order items
  • Items marked as Final Sale


Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service at “sstyleacc@gmail.com”with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Items must be shipped back using a trackable and insured method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.




Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the returned item shows signs of wear or damage, a restocking fee may apply or the return may be rejected.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • The same conditions for returns apply.

  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted
