Return & Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, all jewelry items are not eligible for return or refund.
However, we will only accept returns or exchanges under the following condition:
- The item received is defective or damaged
Return Conditions
- Return Period: Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging, including any certificates, gift boxes, or documentation.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, along with clear photos or videos as proof.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or engraved pieces
- Made-to-order items
- Items marked as Final Sale
Return Process
- Contact our Customer Service at “sstyleacc@gmail.com”with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Items must be shipped back using a trackable and insured method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the returned item shows signs of wear or damage, a restocking fee may apply or the return may be rejected.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- The same conditions for returns apply.
